
The reasons of a youth Servas Camp in Italy
Our founder Bob Luitweiler made the first list in 1949 hoping that, if the young had worked together and had met together they would have been able to heal the wounds and the hatred left by the war. He started travelling in the world and in particular in Europe, living in villages working to help peasants, artisans, workers, poor and distressed people. He wanted, with cooperation and solidarity, to know “the soul of the country”. The first official meeting of the founders in Birmingham, England, established that Servas should offer young people, an “educational program of study, knowledge and work”.  SERVAS INTERNATIONAL YOUTH EVENT IN POLAND
We are happy to inform that Poland is going to hold the International
Servas Youth Meeting – from 5th to 11th August 2012.
The meeting will take place in a beautiful mountainous area in the South of Poland,
very close to the border with Slovakia. You can see the place itself

The approximate cost of the event is be 140 Euro. Registration will open
very soon.
